Niels Bonenkamp

Niels Bonenkamp (1969, Netherlands) works as a business developer for the ADE research group, hence for all three professorships. Most closely connected to the professorship of Contextual Connected Media. Responsible for external relations (e.g. Hilversum Media Campus, VR-Academy) and connection with ADE Master’s programs. He works at BUas since 2014, first as program manager of the Masters in Media Innovation and Game Technology and project manager research. Between 2011-2014 self-employed project manager / initiator, trailblazer and event producer. From the mid nineties until 2011 active in the international events industry (snow, ice and winter related events, movies and family entertainment). Graduated at Free University (Amsterdam) in Human Movement Sciences in 1994. Main areas of interest: business innovation, kick-starting projects,  possibilities of the digital era.
